Sapphire Secure IPTV is the latest IPTV streaming service that brings more than 4000 TV channels to your screens. On this app, you can find streaming channels from around the world, including United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Middle East, India, and several other European & Asian countries.
What’s more, you can even access premium entertainment and sports channels such as NBA TV, HBO, Showtime, and Fox’s Soccer Plus. Whether you’re living in a geographically restricted area or not, all of these channels come unlocked and ready for streaming as there are absolutely no restrictions.
The same holds true for Pay-per-view channels. You can watch all of them for free or by paying a small amount (if you don’t want to risk downloading third-party known apps). Another great thing about Sapphire Secure IPTV is that it regularly refreshes the EPG. So you are always up to date with what programs to expect in the future.
When subscribing to Sapphire Secure, you can get your personal M3U URL. This lets you create a single-entry playlist file and use other apps for streaming. There are no regional restrictions on any content found on Sapphire TV. Still, it’s pretty VPN-friendly. You can use any VPN service (We recommend IPVanish) for additional security.

Before you can install the Sapphire Secure IPTV app on your Firestick, you have to sign up for its services. Currently, there are three base monthly payment plans: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You have to select one according to your preference for the number of screens you want. Here’s a breakdown for your ease:
- Silver: $5/month, 1 device
- Gold: $8/month, 3 devices
- Platinum: $10/month, 5 devices
Here’s how you can purchase these plans and sign up for Sapphire TV’s service:
Step 1: First of all, open up a web browser on your smartphone or a PC and go to this link: https://sapphiresecure.net/cart.php
Step 2: Check all the available plans and hit that “Order Now” button under the plan you wish to subscribe to.
Step 3: On the following page, review your order summary thoroughly and click on Continue to proceed to the next page.
Step 4: Now scroll all the way down until you see the “Create a New Account” form. Enter your personal information such as name, mailing address, and mobile phone number. Similarly, fill up the billing address form with requisite information and set a secure passcode for your account.
Please note, this account information is not your login. This information is only intended to renew your Sapphire IPTV subscription in the following months. So you cannot use it to enter your account. Just keep it safe!
Notice: Hackers create fake WiFi hotspots to steal your passwords when you log in to public WiFi. Secure your data.
Step 5: Next, you have to opt for a payment method. You can choose between your credit/debit card or go for a more secure cryptocurrency option. Once you have chosen your payment method, tick the small box next to the terms and conditions option.
Step 6: Click on Checkout, and that’s all for now.
Once you place your order for the subscription, wait a few moments. Sapphire IPTV will send you an email confirming your subscription. It will also include your login credentials. These are the login details you can utilize to login into the Sapphire Secure IPTV app. Their email will also include a link to Telegram support chat. It’s a pretty active group. In case you encounter a problem during your installation problem, you can ask around here for guidance.
In case you don’t receive the Sapphire TV confirmation email, check your spam folder. Sometimes, it lands in the spam folder.
Using the Login details
Once you have successfully installed the Sapphire Secure IPTV app on your Firestick (we will walk you through its installation process, don’t worry!), enter your details on this screen:
Step 7: Once you enter all details i.e. Name, username, and password, your profile will appear and hit the Add User button.
That’s all. You’re all set to start streaming your favorite IPTV channels.
Part 2: Install the Sapphire Secure IPTV APK on FireStick

Now that your account has been set up let’s look at how you can get Sapphire IPTV on Firestick. As the APK isn’t available in the official app store, you need to sideload it instead. We have broken down the entire setup process into three parts (A, B & C) for your convenience:
A: Enabling the Unknown Sources
The first step of the installation process is enabling the unknown sources. By default, Amazon keeps this setting off because there can be risks to sideloading third-party APKs. However, we will download Sapphire APK from a secure source; therefore, you don’t need to worry about enabling this feature. Here’s how you can go about it.
Step 1: On the main Fire TV homepage, click the Settings tab.

Step 2: Find the My Fire TV or Device option in the list of displayed settings.

Step 3: Highlight and then tap the Developer Options

Step 4: Now, select the Apps from Unknown Sources option to enable it. Firestick prompts a warning message about the risks of enabling this feature. Ignore and Turn On this feature.

This enables sideloading on your device. It means now you can install any third-party app from the internet. To do this, press the Home button on your remote to return back to home. Let’s proceed to the second part of the installation process.
B: Installing the Downloader App
Unfortunately, Amazon’s Silk browser lacks the functionality to download a file from the internet. Therefore, you have to get Downloader. Downloader is a first-party app that lets you download any file from the internet. Here we are using it to download Sapphire Secure IPTV APK on our Firestick device.
Step 5: Go to the Search option by highlighting the Lens icon on the top left corner of the screen.

Step 6: Using the on-screen keypad, type in “Downloader” and select the first Downloader search suggestion.

Step 7: Under Apps & Games, click Downloader app again.

Step 8: Now click the Get button and wait a few moments for the app download and installation to complete. It will take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

Step 9: once the app has been installed, Click Open to launch. Allow any permissions the app asks about.

C: Sideloading Sapphire Secure IPTV App
The final part of the download process is sideloading the Sapphire TV APK via Downloader. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 10: On the right side of the Downloader App, you can see a URL field with a default value of http:// Enter this URL here: https://bit.ly/2V15GNQ

Step 11: Hit Go to start downloading Sapphire TV.
Once the APK finishes downloading, the Android installer will auto pop-up. Click on Install to sideload and finish the installation process. Wait a few moments until you see an “App Installed” pop up on the bottom right side of the screen. Click Done to close the window.
We suggest proceeding to delete the Sapphire apk from your device. It will clear up much-needed space.
How to use the Sapphire Secure IPTV on FireStick and other supported devices
Part 1: Access Sapphire Secure app on FireStick
Once the Sapphire app has been installed, there are several ways to access it on Firestick. Let us show you a few:
First, On your FireStick home display, navigate to the Settings and then follow this navigation path: Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Sapphire Secure and then Launch the application.
Second, Press and hold down the Home key on your Fire remote control for a few moments. Firestick will open up a full screen with a list of options. Click Apps and then proceed to click the Sapphire Secure IPTV app.
Third, the home display of Firestick has a row called Recent. Highlight the second row under it called Your Apps & Channels, and go to the far left (or far right) until you see the “See All” option. Click on it and scroll down to the Sapphire app.
You can use any of these methods to access the Sapphire IPTV app.
For quick access, we suggest moving the Sapphire TV app to the Home screen. Simply press the menu button (one with three horizontal lines) on your remote once. Then click Move and place the app in the front row, making it appear on the Home page.
Part 2: Use the Sapphire Secure app on FireStick
As we previously discussed, you need to Add User first before using the app. For this purpose, launch the app and check the main login screen. Enter your login details (ones you got in the confirmation email from Sapphire support) and click Add User to continue. Once on the login screen, you will see this user along with your app username. Click the user to login now.
When you are using the Sapphire app for the first time, it takes some time to set itself up and download multiple channels and other settings, etc. Be patient. After a while, you are redirected to the main page of the app. This is how it looks:
To using right away, you can click on the blue Live TV icon on the left-hand side of the screen. Note that VOD, Movies & Series sections are empty. This is because Sapphire Secure IPTV does not offer any on-demand content. When you click the Live TV option, it displays a list of categories to choose from. These include All, Main Events, US –Movies, ESPN Plus, and the US – News, among others.
In order to access a particular channel, simply click on its category and start your stream right away.
How to use Sapphire Secure Live EPG
Thankfully, Sapphire Secure features a TV Guide or a Live EPG section. It lets you know about the day’s schedule and what’s currently on different channels.
However, to use EPG, you first have to install it. Click on the Install EPG option located beside Live TV on the main screen. Firestick takes some time to download the EPG, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Once the EPG becomes available on your app, you can click different categories to view the schedule. And not just that, you can also click on a particular channel on the EPG to start your stream from there right away.
Use the Sapphire Secure Catch-Up Option
The Catch Up option – as the name suggests – lets you catch up on the recent Live TV content. Here’s how you can use it:
Tap the Catch Up option located on the home page of the application.
The app will open up a list of different categories. You have to go to a particular category to check all the available episodes.
While this feature can come in handy, currently, there aren’t many catch up options in the app. We hope Sapphire Secure TV improves on the catch up content in the future.
Use the Multi-Screen feature of Sapphire Secure IPTV
The multi or split-screen feature of Sapphire IPTV lets you watch multiple Live channels on the same display. You can watch up to 4 different streams at the same time. Let’s take a look at how you can do that:
On the home screen of the Sapphire, app click the Multi-screen feature button under Movies and Series boxes.
This should open up four rectangular boxes with a Plus button in the center of each. Each of these boxes is capable of streaming a particular content.
Click a box in which you want to stream the channel.
It will open up the list of categories. Here you can select the category from where you want to stream content.
Click on a channel you wish to stream, and it will start playing the stream right away.
In the same way, you can proceed to select another box and repeat the same process to play another stream. Have fun!
There are few crucial things to keep in mind while using the split-screen feature. First and foremost, your subscription should allow multiple connections. For instance, if you have a basic plan for just one screen, then you won’t be able to use the split-screen feature. Similarly, if you are using the Gold plan, then you can stream only three channels simultaneously. Second, as obvious, each channel consumes its own bandwidth and data. So, if you are using four channels simultaneously, it will consume four times the data. Your internet connection has to be really fast to keep up.
Mark Channels as Favorites
With Sapphire Secure IPTV, you can add a channel to favorites for easy access. In order to mark a channel as a favorite, follow these two steps.
- Go to the channel guide and highlight one you want to add to your favorites. Press and hold the Select button down on your Fire remote.
- This will open up a drop-down menu. Tap on Add to Favorite. And that’s all.
This option lets you quickly access the channel. To access a channel from the favorites, go to the Favorites category located in the application’s Live TV section.
How to use External Player with Sapphire Secure
The internet media player of Sapphire Secure IPTV is quite decent and offers all the playback features you would expect from a regular web player. However, the app also lets you configure and use an external media player of your liking. You can get the MX player, Kodi, or even VLC as your external player. To set up an external media player with your Sapphire IPTV, follow these steps:
On the app’s main homepage, look for the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to open the Settings menu.
Next, find the option for “External Players” and click on it.
In the following screen, click on the “Add Player” option. It will have a big plus sign.
The next window shows you a bunch of installed external players. Select a media player of your choice.
When the following prompt asks for a confirmation, click ADD.
Now go back to your settings window and this time opt for “Player Selection.”
Here, you can configure different players for different purposes. For example, you can select VLC for IPTV while using the pre-built player to watch movies in various categories. For this tutorial, let us change the external media player for IPTV.
To do this, in the Live field, click where the app says Built-in Player. A drop-down window will open.
Select a player you liking.
And that’s all. You have successfully set up an external media player with Sapphire on Firestick. Enjoy!
How to reset or view your Sapphire Secure passwords
Things can get confusing when you are dealing with Sapphire Secure passwords. This is because when you subscribe to its services, they give you two passwords. Sometimes users get confused about which password to use where. And if you lose or forget one, things can go south pretty fast. So, if you are one of them, lost your password, and don’t know which password goes where we hope this section clears that up for you. Remember! Sapphire Secure has two passwords for two different reasons:
1. First is for Online Portal
2. Second is for the App or APK password
Here’s how you can reset both of these passwords if you need to.
Reset your online account password
To reset or change your online account password, follow these steps:
- First of all, go to this URL: https://sapphiresecure.net/clientarea.php This is the client area to help you reset your password.
- Tap on Forgot, right next to the password
- On the following page, enter your mailing address. It’s the one you used to subscribe to Sapphire IPTV services.
- Sapphire IPTV will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Follow these instructions to set a new password for your account.
- If you don’t see any mail from Sapphire IPTV in your inbox, check your spam folder.
View or reset your streaming or app password
When you purchase the Sapphire Secure IPTV plan, they usually send you a second email containing your app password. The subject of their email is “Your Login info.” You can use this information to sign in to the app as well as M3U URL & EPG guide. We cover these topics in the subsequent sections. Don’t worry!
For whatever reason, if you don’t receive this email, there’s an alternate way to view and reset your streaming or app password. Here’s how:
- Log into your online account by visiting https://sapphiresecure.net/clientarea.php
- Go to Services block.
- On the following screen, click on Subscription.
- Now, you need to select “Login Details” on the next screen.
- Here you can see your app login credentials. Save them somewhere on your PC for easy access next time.
- In case you want to change your password, click on Update. Enter your new password and Save it to set it up. Easy peasy!
How to find your M3U and EPG URLs/Links
If you are on an Android-based gadget such as Smartphone, Firestick or Android TV, Box, etc. use this link to download and install Sapphire IPTV for direct Live TV streaming: http://www.bit.ly/sapphireiptv
While you don’t really need the M3U and EPG on Android, as they have their own dedicated apps. Still, if you want to use this service with third party IPTV media players, these links can help:
- For EPG, Use: http://securetv.net:8080/xmltv.php?username=YourUsername&password=YourPassword
- For M3U, Use: http://securetv.net:8080/get.php?username=YourUsername&password=YourPassword&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
To use these URLs, simply replace YourUsername & YourPassword with your app username and password, respectively. That’s all.
Initially, when you subscribe to Sapphire Secure IPTV, they send you “Login Info” in the email. This email contains links for the M3U as well as EPG. Until a few months ago, you could access these URLs in the online account as well. But unfortunately, they are no longer available.
How to install Sapphire Secure IPTV on Android TV Box, Smart Android TV, and Android Mobiles
Installing Sapphire Secure IPTV on any Android-based device is super duper easy. There are 3 ways you can do this. We will be covering all of them in detail below:
Method 1: With Downloader app

- Next, Click download to start downloading the Sapphire APK.
- Now click Install to install the app on your device.
- Wait a few moments for the installation to complete. It usually takes less than a minute, depending on your internet connection’s speed.

We have already provided all the information that you need to see or reset your login credential in the sections above. We suggest bookmarking this page so that you can refer back to it when needed.

- On your Android device, go to the Settings option.
- Look for “Security” and open its sub-menu. Some devices call this option “Security & Restrictions.”
- Look for “Unknown Sources” and enable this setting. On some other Android devices, you have to enable this setting for each app individually. If that’s the case, select your web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, etc. you want to use for downloading Sapphire Secure IPTV app. Whatever the case, you need to enable “Unknown Sources”.
