Sports Devil ranks as one of the most popular Kodi addons ever for a good reason. This latest version turns an Amazon Firestick with Kodi and SportsDevil installed into your new best friend. The developers broke the Sport Devil menu down into categories for easy access to all the content you want to view.
Updated for November 2023 The Ares Project, along with many other Kodi third-party developers, has gone the way of the dodo in the massive anti-piracy shake-down that took place last week. Thankfully, the XvBMC REPOsitory hosts an up-to-date release of SportsDevil for you to download and install.

When I do the steps for Sports Wizard 2017, the wrong file appears.. I get script.areswizatd-0.0.61.zip not the one above. I even cleared cache and packages using Indigo and I still get the above file
Hey Tony… Thanks for pointing that out. It seems the Ares Repository originally used is not in service at this time, but I’ve changed the address to reflect the Ares Project’s main European repository. You should have better results with this one for the time being. Good luck!
I installed sportsdevil and I cannot find a way to use it for weekly NFL games live. What should I be looking for and how do I do it
Hey Frank, within Kodi’s Add-ons / My add-ons area there should be a VideoPlayer InputStream section. Go into that and make sure InputStream Adaptive and RTMP Input are both enabled. After that, you should be able to find the games you want to see within the Live Sports section in SportsDevil. I think many live events don’t show up until right before they’re about to start, so if it’s not there, wait until closer to game time. Good luck and let me know how this worked out for you!
i have watch espn now.but every week it goes out. what is happening?
Hi Linda,
There could be a number of reasons Watch ESPN goes out every week.
