Exodus disappeared? Exodus not showing up in Kodi? Exodus not working? This happened to me just a few minutes ago: I went to watch a flick on Exodus, but to my surprise, it wouldn’t open. So I tried again and no luck! Then I tried a third time, but Exodus had actually disappeared from my Kodi Video Add-Ons menu. The steps below show you how to get Exodus to reappear after it disappeared: by using the Add-On installer for Kodi. Alternatively, you can use the XBMC Hub Config Wizard (Video Tutorial) to install Exodus and many other great TV Addons automatically for you.
How To Fix Exodus Not Showing Up in Kodi
Re-install Exodus! This is most easily done by using the Add-On Installer app within Kodi.
- From the Kodi main dashboard menu, go to File Manager, which is located just below SYSTEM
- Then select Add Source
- Add http://fusion.tvaddons.ag as a SOURCE in the File Manager.
- Give the new Source a name buy clicking in the box that says “Enter a name for this Media Source”. Then enter any name, such as “k” for Kodi.
- Now go back to the Kodi main dashboard menu. Then select SYSTEM
- After you arrive at SYSTEM, select Add-Ons
- Then select Install From Zip File
- Now select the new source you added (which we named “k”)
- Select the folder “/begin-here/“
- Now select the “addoninstaller.zip” file (the actual name may be slightly different)
- Then launch the Addon Installer by going to PROGRAMS from the main Kodi dashboard menu
- Select Add-On Installer after you’ve arrived at PROGRAMS
- Once you open the Add-On Installer, go to Featured Addons
- Then select Exodus
- Choose Install
- Select OK
- Exodus will reinstall at this time
- This should fix Exodus not showing up in Kodi simply by re-installing Exodus by using the Addon Installer.

I did that and it worked for a good portion of the day and then it just disappeared again on me
Hmm that’s strange. If it keeps happening, try re-installing Kodi.
Fuck yea
That’s the spirit! Thanks for the comment David
It’s not showing up for me in the add on menu at all
Hi Amber,
I recommend using the Config Wizard – that should install Exodus for you.
What’s on configuration wizard n how do I use it to get exodus installed thanks
Hello,
The config wizard installs the best tv addons such as Exodus, Velocity, and SALTS.
Here’s a guide on how to do it:
http://kodifiretvstick.com/install-tv-addons/
..and a second guide on the same thing:
http://kodifiretvstick.com/xbmc-hub-wizard/
This got Exodus back for me but when I try to open it it says Exodus Error and won’t open. Any ideas?
Hi Laura, I recommend you try our video on how to install TV Addons via the Config Wizard:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=Y6Zq7MCfPwc
I have no config wizard. I tried to install fusion.tvaddons.ag and when I go to unzip file there is only .. showing. I can’t find a fix for this. I wanted to get exodus back :) any help appreciated.
Hi Kaz, the Fusion.TVaddons.ag source wen offline awhile ago: https://www.kodifiretvstick.com/tvaddons-offline-best-alternatives/
Use these links (below) to install TVaddons from alternate locations / install alternate plugins in Kodi. I recommend you first clear Kodi data with this guide:
https://www.kodifiretvstick.com/kodi-pair-fix/
Then install Exodus using one of these guides:
https://kodifiretvstick.com/install-tv-addons-alternative/
https://kodifiretvstick.com/tvaddons-new-source/
https://kodifiretvstick.com/install-exodus-cazwall-repo/
installed and did everything but my Kodi display shows a column with stuff on left side and a big black square to the right side, and all of yours show the menus on the bottom, WTH did i do wrong???
Hi Rod! You’ve done nothing wrong! :) When Kodi is installed, it has the look you are referring to (called Estuary) with the menu down the left side of the screen and the large space to the right. You get the menu across the bottom like in some of Ian’s pictures by installing a skin, which is usually included when you install a build. You might want to check out some of the newer articles on the KFire TV front page, as the Kodi landscape is ever changing and links, repos and TV addons come and go constantly. Especially, you might be interested in the Looking Glass Wizard, as it has a lot of nice builds that are super easy to install and use. Enjoy!
